Continuous-Cast Nickel Hardfacing Rods

Compare 16 documented nickel-based continuous-cast rod references with circular cross-sections, diameters from 3.2 to 8.0 mm and a 30–39 in source length interval. Exact length and packaging are confirmed separately.

Manufacturer reference configurations

Compare published specifications for each configuration, then select a reference or enter your own requirements. Supply and the final configuration are confirmed in the quotation.

16 documented configurations. Review one specification at a time; your custom requirements are retained.

Ni-Cr14-B3-Si4.2 · 56–63 HRC · 6.4 mm round

Nominal chemical profile identifies this reference; it is not an AWS or other standardized grade designation. Size applies to the stated cross-section. Hardness is a source table reference without a stated test method, substrate or layer condition; final deposit hardness and suitability require confirmation. Dashes in the nominal analysis mean not specified, not zero. Rod length and packaging are confirmed in the quotation.

Applications

Specify the worn component, substrate grade, wear mechanism and service conditions. Describe abrasion, impact, compression, temperature and corrosion separately.

Selection guidance

Select the nominal chemical profile, then the documented manufacturing form and size. Profile names describe composition and do not establish a standardized grade or equivalence. Enter your required dimensions, substrate, process and repair procedure independently.

Technical notes

Square sintered rods and circular continuous-cast rods have separate configurations. Source length intervals are not selectable exact lengths. No package mass is inferred from a minimum order statement. Nominal chemistry and source hardness do not qualify a repair procedure or guarantee final overlay performance.
