Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you enquire
How to identify a product, prepare a requirement and use the catalog and quotation forms.
Requesting a quote
What should I include in a quotation request?
Include the product or application, quantity and known specifications. A model or part number helps identify an exact item. Add operating conditions, required documents, delivery location and requested date when relevant.
Can I send several items or a project equipment list?
Yes. The project enquiry supports a combined requirement or bill of materials. Keep each line identifiable and include the quantity, specification and any relevant drawings or documents.
Can I upload a datasheet, drawing or equipment list?
You can attach up to 5 files, each up to 10 MB. Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, CSV, XLSX, DOCX. Attachments are handled privately; uploading a document does not publish it in the catalog.
Products & specifications
What if I do not know the exact model?
Describe the duty and the specifications you know. Include sizes, materials, ratings, standards and operating conditions where relevant. Keep unknown requirements visible rather than substituting an assumed value.
Does a catalog listing confirm suitability for my application?
A listing describes the identified product or configuration. Suitability depends on your application and the exact manufacturer documentation, ratings, installation and required approvals.
What if I cannot find a required product?
Send the requirement through the quotation or project enquiry form. Include enough technical detail to identify the item. A search with no match does not confirm availability or supply.
Availability & delivery
Are prices, stock or delivery times shown in the catalog?
The website is a catalog and enquiry service. Pricing, availability, delivery and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation for the requested scope.
What delivery information should I provide?
Include the requested delivery location and date, and identify any project or site constraints. These are enquiry requirements, not a confirmed delivery commitment.
