Information we collect

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), we collect the details you enter:

• your name, email address and message where required by the form;
• your company name and phone number, when provided;
• optional requirement details you choose to give: product family, size, quantity, medium or application, operating conditions, output or communication requirements, delivery location and required date;
• the product, series and page context the request relates to, where provided or pre-filled from the page you came from;
• documents and files you choose to attach to your enquiry.

With each submission we also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the device used, and the time of submission.

Browsing the catalog does not require you to give us personal information.

How we use it

We use RFQ information to review and respond to your request. Each submission is saved in our system and an email notification containing the submission is sent to our internal recipient address.
