Selection guidance

Choose sealant chemistry for the joint and fluid. State nominal thread size, substrate, disassembly needs, assembly temperature and curing time. Parallel-thread joints may require a face seal; sealant is not a substitute for the specified joint design.

For replacements, include the existing manufacturer, grade or part number and a drawing or equipment reference. Your requested conditions remain separate from the selected product specification.
