Multi-Process Welding Machines

Configure MIG/MAG, pulsed MIG/MAG, TIG DC HF and MMA requirements. These 500 A reference executions show separate 230 V and 400 V three-phase input ratings, with process-specific duty cycles and an external wire feeder.

Manufacturer reference configurations

Compare published specifications for each configuration, then select a reference or enter your own requirements. Supply and the final configuration are confirmed in the quotation.

2 documented configurations. Review one specification at a time; your custom requirements are retained.

Multi-process 500 A · three-phase 400 V

Power-source reference only. Torch, cooler, cables and feeder package must be specified separately. Ratings at different processes or ambient temperatures are not interchangeable. External wire feeder and cooler are separate equipment; their weights and ratings are not the power-source values. Listed duty ratings apply to MIG/MAG only.

Your specification

Configure your product requirement

Enter the capacity and site requirements you need. Your selections carry into the RFQ and remain editable before submission.

Essential operating requirements

Optional. For existing-equipment spares, leave the reference unselected and enter the manufacturer and equipment identity below.

State current, duty percentage and ambient temperature together, e.g. 200 A at 60% and 40 °C.

For example: the exact stainless or carbon steel grade on your drawing.

Additional dimensions and application details

Describe joint geometry, base metal, shop/site duty and WPS requirements; thickness alone does not establish welding capacity.

For example: earth lead, holder, regulator, remote control, cooler, trolley and torch consumables.

Equipment identification & spare parts

Identify the installed equipment and the part you need. Add nameplate photos, drawings or a parts-list extract in the RFQ attachments step.

Add the nameplate, part photo or drawing in the RFQ attachments.

Next: contact details, quantity and delivery. Leave unknown requirements blank and request help in the RFQ.

Applications

Fabrication, installation and maintenance welding. Specify the actual base-metal grade, joint and welding procedure for equipment selection.

Selection guidance

Compare supply voltage, phase, frequency, welding process and current at the required duty cycle. Specify electrode or wire diameter, shielding gas, feeder and torch cooling separately.

Technical notes

Reference ratings apply to the stated process, voltage and ambient temperature. A material or thickness request is not a validated welding procedure. Spare-parts requests can be submitted without selecting a new-machine reference; include manufacturer, model, serial number, part number and identification photos.
